Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
  • •Be the friendly, trusted face members rely on during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
  • •Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
  • •Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
  • •Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program
  • •At least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus)
