Facilities Maintenance Technician M-F 5:45A to 2:15P (Pay $31.30- $35.15) Plus $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Maintain and repair manufacturing facility infrastructure to keep equipment and building systems operating safely and efficiently. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utilities, while following safety procedures and regulatory programs. Use CMMS to execute and document planned and unplanned work, investigate failures with RCA/BDA methods, and apply predictive maintenance technologies to prevent repeat breakdowns.
