Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee delivery of quality standards and compliance requirements for project packages and activities.
  • •Implement and continually improve quality management systems, processes, and tools, including a plan-do-check-act approach.
  • •Lead the quality team, set programme-wide quality KPIs, and report on quality performance across the project and contractors.
  • •Ensure effective recording, reporting, and investigation of quality incidents, driving lessons learned and risk reduction.
  • •Support procurement quality inputs (clarifications and tender evaluation) and embed a quality culture through communications and quality campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ relevant experience embedding quality practices into highly complex, large engineering capital delivery projects/programmes, including 5+ years on metro rail or similar scale/complexity projects.
  • •Previous experience managing quality on site.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining quality management systems and ISO 9001.
  • •Knowledge of contract documents, forms of contract, and specifications.
  • •Delivering within regulated and unionised environments.
