Distribution Center Department Manager

Lead and oversee daily operations in the Front Royal distribution center, managing warehouse associates and ensuring accurate, timely product handling and documentation. Supervise team performance, maintain clean and efficient warehouse space, coordinate shipment status and schedule changes with key stakeholders, and resolve issues related to purchase orders and shipping/receiving documents. Promote safety, set performance standards, support continuous improvement, and use data-driven decision making.
