Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair complex heavy equipment, aerial lifts, and tools at the Laredo rental facility, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues using company technology. Create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and keep electronic documentation up to date. Travel to customer job sites when required, assist in training lower-level technicians, and follow safe practices while leveraging OEM training and diagnostic tools.
