Key Responsibilities

•Manage benefits partnerships with insurers, TPAs, and wellness providers across EMEA.
•Lead procurement discussions to enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.
•Continuously analyze EMEA and global benefits market trends and competitor offerings, using insights to refine product positioning and client solutions.
•Oversee renewal management, handle escalations, and protect revenue by minimizing churn while ensuring client satisfaction.
•Partner with Sales on RFP responses, client pitches, and solution design, and with Product Marketing to execute adoption strategies and train teams as an SME.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
•5–12 years of experience in benefits, insurance broking, or global HR/benefits consulting.
•Strong experience in pricing, procurement, or partnerships within the benefits/insurance domain.
•Knowledge of EMEA and global employee benefits markets, pricing models, and procurement processes.
