Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage benefits partnerships with insurers, TPAs, and wellness providers across EMEA.
  • •Lead procurement discussions to enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.
  • •Continuously analyze EMEA and global benefits market trends and competitor offerings, using insights to refine product positioning and client solutions.
