Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact and first impression for visitors, vendors, couriers, and staff, ensuring a professional reception.
  • •Manage incoming telephone calls, direct enquiries appropriately, and take accurate timely messages.
  • •Provide administrative support including document creation, formatting, data entry, correspondence management, and printing/copying/scanning/filing.
  • •Maintain Outlook calendars and manage meeting room bookings including setup, readiness, and post-meeting clearance.
  • •Use Excel for cost tracking, reporting, and maintaining records/tracker data for facilities and office operational functions.
