Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance system-level testing (SLT) debug and analysis capacity and improve correlation with failure analysis outcomes.
  • •Support engineering test requirements with detailed package-level physical failure analysis (PFA) for RMA and other groups.
  • •Provide engineering support and validation for daily lab operations as RMA FA requests grow.
  • •Optimize tool utilization and labor allocation to improve execution efficiency in the lab.
  • •Develop team expertise in SLT/CRB ownership, system-level debug, and cross-domain failure analysis through training and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • •Efficient computer skills using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Basic understanding of electrical equipment such as TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry).
  • •Familiarity with statistical tools and Unix.
  • •Knowledge/experience with tools like 3D X-Ray and CSAM (C-mode Scanning Acoustic Microscope), and/or ATE (Auto Test Equipment) is preferred.
