Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accurate information.
  • •Inspect product quality and report discrepancies/damaged items to the store manager or assistant store manager.
  • •Classify, stock, and tag newly arrived stock and returns according to store procedures.
  • •Assist sales staff with replenishing shelves to keep products available.
  • •Maintain inventory records inward/outward, check for missing price tags, support stock take, and uphold security and housekeeping standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically handle and lift heavy items (minimum 10 kg).
  • •Must be physically fit to support heavy lifting requirements.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during sale/festival periods.
  • •Ability to accurately receive, count, and record inventory inward/outward.
  • •Experience with stock room procedures for classifying, tagging, and storing merchandise (as per store instructions).
