Key Responsibilities

  • •Own annual budget, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and financial performance management for the Legal Department.
  • •Partner with General Counsel, Director of Legal Operations, and Finance leadership to develop and present budget and forecast assumptions.
  • •Conduct monthly reviews of Legal operating expenses, personnel costs, open positions, and outside counsel spend; perform variance analysis and deliver executive reporting.
  • •Manage legal spend operations including outside counsel budgeting/forecasting, accrual reporting coordination, and governance through cost allocation and compliance.
  • •Develop and maintain reporting/analytics and automation solutions (including Power BI dashboards) to improve visibility, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related financial discipline.
  • •Experience with annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accrual management, and variance analysis.
  • •Experience developing financial models and translating financial data into actionable business insights.
