Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s plus at least 12 years of relevant construction legal experience, including at least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school plus at least 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney supporting construction projects.
  • •Admission to the bar in the State of New York.
  • •Ability to work independently while functioning well in a team environment.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating agreements and/or handling claims and litigation supporting construction projects.
