Senior Housekeeping Supervisor (QA)

Oversee and manage the housekeeping team to meet cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation standards, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Lead by example, train and develop staff on cleaning procedures, and conduct regular room inspections and quality control. Manage supplies, equipment, work schedules, budgeting, and records, while coordinating with other departments to improve guest satisfaction and resolve housekeeping complaints.
