Senior Byproducts Engineer - Technical Projects

Drive process improvements and deliver sustaining and capital projects across the acid plant, powerhouse, filter plant, slag mill, and hydromet plant. Provide senior technical leadership for defect elimination, reliability and efficiency gains, cost reduction, and HSE compliance. Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to implementation and benefit realization, using structured problem solving and cross-functional collaboration. Mentor process engineers and help maintain technical standards and plant knowledge.
