Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership on client projects, shaping deals, making architectural decisions, creating plans/roadmaps, and producing design artifacts
  • •Assist clients in migrating to Microsoft Azure or leveraging existing investment, with a focus on cloud architectural patterns
  • •Play a key role in the sales process by shaping high-level design, estimates, and contractual details for proposals with SMEs
  • •Mentor and coach senior and junior colleagues across the organization to build capability
  • •Translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes and prepare engaging content for varied audiences (executives, sales, marketing)

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing data and analytics architectures on Azure, including data platforms (Lakehouse, Data Mesh) and services such as Databricks and Synapse
  • •Ability to translate client business strategy into technical solutions and to articulate architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • •Proven experience shaping deals and proposals—including high-level design, estimates, pricing models, and contractual details—in collaboration with SMEs
  • •Experience mentoring and coaching more junior colleagues across teams and regions
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executives and sales teams across complex engagements
