Lead and support the store management team at the Outlet Marketplace, assuming responsibility when the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager is absent. Drive sales growth by implementing strategies and analyzing data, oversee daily operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer service. Coach and motivate the team through guidance and leading by example, while maintaining compliance with Levi’s store policies and upholding brand equity, satisfaction, and financial growth.
