Job Summary

Own local Shopping Center channel operations and growth strategy for TikTok Shop in the EU new market. Drive product incubation, homepage and campaign operations, user acquisition/retention/repurchase, and marketplace execution by working cross-functionally with Product, Algorithm, Recommendation, Category, Marketing, UG, promotions, and data teams. Use an operational metrics framework to monitor ShopTab retention and conversion journeys, evaluate subsidy ROI, and design A/B experiments to unlock sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Design shopping center channel merchandising and traffic-conversion mechanisms based on product tiering and user preferences, managing the quality and scale of assortment.
•Partner with the supply side to support supply–demand matching and drive viral hits.
•Plan and allocate homepage placements to optimize the browse-to-purchase journey and build user mindshare.
•Deliver major campaigns and targeted promotions with differentiated mechanics, improving budget ROI, conversion, and repurchase.
•Work with UG and data teams to design acquisition/retention/repurchase strategies and build a monitoring system for ShopTab core metrics.

Key Requirements

•Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or platform operations, with preferred experience in shopping center/marketplace/platform channel operations.
•Deep understanding of EU e-commerce consumers, including category preferences, seasonal demand, price sensitivity, and local fulfillment/returns expectations.
•Ability to build operational data/metrics systems and analyze the conversion funnel (visit → click → add-to-cart → order).
•Ability to evaluate subsidy ROI and design A/B experiments to drive business growth.
•Chinese speaking skills are mandatory for working with Chinese merchants.
