Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. Lead a delivery pod end-to-end, from architecture and integration through production validation, observability, and performance tracking. Build data pipelines across Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks, run fast PoCs/MVPs with customers, and serve as a senior technical voice that mentors engineers and translates customer needs into shippable agentic products.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and build of AI agents and experiences that take real actions, owning components end-to-end from architecture through deployment and validation in production.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks, and oversee performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health and outcomes.
•Lead PoCs and MVPs from concept to deployable in days, co-building with customers and partners and sharing best practices.
•Act as a senior technical voice in the pod by surfacing platform gaps and edge cases, mentoring junior engineers, and translating customer business challenges into agentic solutions.
•Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build solutions that go live in production from day one across configuration, customisation, and full-stack deployment.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems, ideally in an AI technology stack or full-stack development.
•Extensive customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
•Fluent in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including data modelling, APIs, and integration patterns.
•Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time and thrive leading teams in fast-moving environments.
