Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex loans in compliance with lending policies and procedures.
  • •Work with commercial banking leadership to monitor and identify credit risks and to help achieve bank, region, and branch goals.
  • •Assist in presenting financing requests to senior management or the Loan Committee for approval.
  • •Coordinate processing of approved loans, ensure documentation is sufficient, and help resolve issues related to processing and servicing.
  • •Interface with clients in person, by phone, or by email to assess credit needs and determine analysis requirements and best loan structure.
