Job Summary

Lead the Philippines Digital Solutions strategy across digital credentials, tokenization, wallets, authentication, and digital acceptance. Identify market opportunities, build product strategies and business cases, and drive end-to-end execution from client engagement to launch and performance optimization. Serve as SME for Visa’s digital product suite, guide compliance with Visa mandates and security standards, and partner across Sales, Client Services, Technology, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Regional Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the Philippines Digital Solutions strategy across digital credentials, tokenization, wallets, authentication, digital acceptance, and emerging digital payment solutions.
•Develop product strategies, business cases, commercialization plans, and go-to-market initiatives to drive revenue growth and client adoption.
•Lead end-to-end execution from strategy development and client engagement through implementation, launch, adoption, and performance optimization.
•Partner with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, merchants, wallets, payment facilitators, and ecosystem partners to accelerate deployment and scale.
•Lead market implementation and compliance of Visa mandates, operating regulations, rule changes, security standards, and digital payment requirements.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD).
•Experience defining product strategy and product goals, including creating vision statements.
•Experience in product design and customer discovery to design new products.
•Experience delivering and executing product plans in Agile frameworks and matrixed organizations.
•Experience recruiting, growing, retaining, and leading technical talent in global, cross-functional teams.
