Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain the target enterprise architecture for P&C insurance across underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, reinsurance, and distribution.
•Develop domain-level reference architectures aligned to business capabilities, value streams, and operating models.
•Translate business strategy into clear architectural roadmaps and investment-guiding principles.
•Own the API-first and event-driven architecture strategy across the enterprise, including standards for REST and async integration patterns.
•Lead architectural strategy for modernizing core P&C systems (policy, claims, billing) with SaaS/packaged platforms and microservices.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles, with strong experience in P&C insurance (carrier-side preferred).
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation and core modernization.
•Hands-on experience with API platforms, integration architecture, and cloud-native designs.
•Solid understanding of AI/ML architectures, with practical exposure to intelligent automation or agent-based systems.
