Research Scientist 5 — Content Representation Models (CRM)

Build and validate applied research to improve how Netflix foundation models understand content. You’ll design representation learning and content embedding approaches (including semantic identifiers, continuous pre-training, and other state-of-the-art methods), run rigorous offline experiments, and partner with foundation-model and personalization application teams to translate results into member-facing impact. This is research that ships—directly improving discovery for 300M+ members.
