Key Responsibilities

•Run great technical discovery sessions with Account Executives to map architecture constraints and design optimized To-Be processes.
•Prototype and hands-on implementation through PoCs and MVPs, validating technical feasibility and cost-saving opportunities.
•Configure data connectivity and architecture, designing process data models and ETL pipelines integrating enterprise data ecosystems.
•Deliver value-based technical messaging to executives and IT teams, translating prototypes into business cases with ROI.
•De-risk agentic AI deployments by ensuring clean process context, clear handoffs, and trusted workflows for enterprise adoption.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical selling roles or technical project delivery roles.
•Process intelligence expertise including process analytics/mining and data-driven BPM concepts.
•Strong data engineering skills with SQL, Python and building data pipelines and API integrations.
•AI fluency including familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic orchestration frameworks.
•Sales instinct and commercial curiosity with ability to articulate pre-sales impact to enterprise deals.
