Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn core operations and objectives of teams within GBS and GMPT.
  • •Design, manage, and facilitate leadership and professional development programming for leaders and employees across the United States and global audiences.
  • •Develop learning programs, modules, content, micro-learning, e-learnings, and tools focused on employee soft skills and competencies.
  • •Create and manage professional development learning paths using internal systems/tools and LMS, and partner with external vendors for leadership/coaching programs.
  • •Lead impact measurement through training data collection and analysis, and facilitate custom team offsites, summits, and org-wide events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Minimum 5+ years experience serving as a coach or facilitator, either within an organization or as an independent practitioner.
  • •Extensive experience in program design, consultation, and facilitation of professional and leadership development for leaders at all levels.
  • •Experience designing bespoke learning experiences, including team coaching, innovative methodologies, and interactive frameworks tailored to team and organizational needs.
  • •Familiarity with standardized assessments (e.g., strength-based tools, emotional intelligence, change management, leadership styles) and strong presentation/facilitation skills.
