Learning & Enablement Partner, Leadership and Professional Development

Partner with global learning and enablement teams to design, consult on, and facilitate leadership and professional development programming for leaders and employees supporting sales, product, and engineering organizations. Own program development across modules, micro-learning, e-learnings, and learning paths using internal tools and LMS, partner with vendors, and measure impact through training data analysis. Lead custom offsites, summits, and org-wide events using adult learning principles.
