Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, and corrective maintenance on flight simulators and associated systems.
  • •Conduct preventive maintenance, visual alignments, calibrations, and system performance checks to maximize availability and reliability.
  • •Execute, analyse, and evaluate Qualification Test Guide (QTG) and Approval Test Guide (ATG) procedures.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with CASA, OEM, customer, and CAE quality and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical and/or mechanical trade skills, such as electrician or electronics technician experience.
  • •IT professional and/or sound IT knowledge with the ability to learn systems quickly.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Air Technical Avionics (ATV) or Air Technical Airframes (ATA) qualifications and experience (highly desired).
  • •Ability to perform maintenance to internal and external compliance requirements while following EHS standards.
