Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct supplier qualification and approval for new sources and special processes.
  • •Conduct supplier/process audits, including AS9100, special-process, and APQP.
  • •Ensure FAI (AS9102) and PPAP review, including receiving-inspection strategy and defect containment.
  • •Implement supplier corrective actions (8D), scorecards, and own supplier development including NDAA/AQAP flow-down.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality data and reducing design-related risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
  • •3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supplier/procurement quality, preferably in aerospace, defense, or automotive.
  • •Strong experience in supplier audit & qualification, PPAP/FAI run, and supplier corrective action (8D).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across teams and departments in an international environment.
  • •Open to supplier travel.
