Job Summary

Lead Employer Sales for the East region as part of the mid-market sales leadership team. Manage Regional Directors and Account Executives, develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth for your assigned life segment, and pursue new business opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, monitor and analyze regional performance, ensure compliance, and build relationships with brokers and partners.

•Lead and manage Regional Directors and Account Executives in the East region to meet/exceed sales targets
•Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
•Provide leadership and guidance, fostering excellence, collaboration, and accountability
•Oversee identification and pursuit of new business opportunities; monitor regional performance and maintain broker/partner relationships

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 375,000 - 410,000
