Job Summary

Own daily fund accounting operations for funds, discretionary accounts, and ETFs, including NAV calculation and iNAV monitoring. Prepare and review fund valuation prices and ensure timely, accurate regulatory filings in line with Taiwan requirements. Coordinate service reviews with providers, support ETF-related projects and regulatory changes, and participate in UAT and implementation. Maintain operational controls by identifying issues, escalating risks, and coaching junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform and review daily accounting operations for funds, discretionary accounts, and ETFs, including NAV calculation and iNAV review procedures.
•Prepare and review fund valuation prices to comply with Taiwan pricing regulations and trust deeds.
•Ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings for funds and discretionary accounts.
•Coordinate day-to-day team coordination, assist the manager with workload allocation, and provide guidance/coaching to junior team members.
•Act as a key contact for stakeholders and service providers, participate in ETF projects and system enhancements, and support UAT/implementation while escalating operational issues and risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
•Senior Securities Specialist, SITE, and SICE licenses (preferred).
•At least 6–10 years of relevant experience in fund accounting or investment operations.
•Experience in financial institutions such as fund houses, global custodians, or brokerage firms.
•Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with fluent Mandarin and good English reading/writing ability.
