Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive New Verticals’ most strategic programs by partnering with Engineering, Product leadership, Strategy & Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into executable plans.
  • •Lead complex cross-organization execution by establishing ownership and milestones, surfacing dependencies and tradeoffs, and aligning teams when the path forward is unclear.
  • •Bring technical depth through systems thinking by understanding architecture, data flows, and operational systems and engaging in technical designs.
  • •Turn ambiguity into strategy and action by framing problems, defining success, evaluating risks and options, and building execution paths leaders can align behind.
  • •Connect engineering execution to business outcomes by guiding prioritization using customer, merchant, and economic impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years recent experience as a Technical Program Manager at a technology company.
  • •Experience in large-scale distributed systems and system architecture.
  • •Experience working with full-stack engineers on product development with a thorough understanding of software development processes.
  • •Project planning and execution skills including reviewing technical design documents, estimating, and scheduling.
