Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming equipment from Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Match items to turn-in and shipping documentation (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Update Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) to reflect receipt transactions and input outbound transactions into Army-approved systems.
  • •Prepare and process outbound shipments, including generating shipping documentation (bills of lading, TCMDs, DD Form 1149), coordinating scheduling/loading/dispatch, and verifying load plans.
  • •Maintain accurate inbound/outbound shipment logs and file shipping, receiving, and discrepancy reports in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and auditing standards, while following OSHA and HAZMAT requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s in logistics or supply preferred.
  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience in a military or contractor environment.
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems (highly desirable) including AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility; also must have a REAL ID and a valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance.
