Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive test solution/coverage development and optimize for milestone, cost, and quality outcomes.
  • •Develop test patterns and test flows/methods, performing debug, testing, and characterization.
  • •Engage in pre-silicon activities to scope, plan, and validate test solutions and methodologies with design teams.
  • •Lead post-silicon bring-up optimization of test patterns for mass production enablement.
  • •Execute characterization analysis and drive closure of production issues by solving complex, non-recurring problems and influencing technical decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 92,400 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of industry experience in product development/testing in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • •Proficient understanding of DFT (Design-For-Test) architecture for SoC products.
  • •Experience with test development plus silicon characterization and debug using industry-standard ATE test platforms.
  • •Software programming and scripting proficiency (C++, Java, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Python) and working knowledge of Windows and Linux.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with leadership characteristics and effective written/verbal communication.
