Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform day-to-day administration to maintain systems and ensure optimal performance.
  • •Apply technical knowledge to manage and resolve support issues and user queries.
  • •Monitor automated batch processes and assist with reconciliations to protect system and data integrity.
  • •Act as an SME in development projects, providing insights for system/process design and interfaces/reports.
  • •Support testing and adoption by participating in system testing/UAT, documenting procedures, and delivering training to users.
