Job Summary

Manage the Business Banking portfolio and project management framework, governing prioritisation, delivery tracking, stakeholder alignment, benefits realisation, and executive reporting. •Manage Business Banking portfolio governance by defining priorities, delivery standards, decision forums, and reporting routines aligned to business objectives.
•Maintain portfolio visibility across initiatives, dependencies, risks, and benefits to enable transparent prioritisation and timely management action.
•Lead planning, coordination, and delivery oversight of Business Banking enablement projects, including milestone tracking and dependency management.
•Embed controls and manage risk, control, and issue tracking to ensure accurate, decision-useful senior management information.
•Develop and govern portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive updates, and recommend portfolio trade-offs, sequencing, and corrective actions based on expected vs realised benefits.

Key Requirements

•At least 7 years of experience in banking, business enablement, portfolio management, project management, or transformation delivery in banking/financial services.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.
•Experience with Business Banking portfolio governance and strategic prioritisation with benefits realisation.
•Experience with Project Management Office (PMO) governance, including delivery planning, milestone tracking, and governance forum management.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus strong written and verbal communication and experience with MIS reporting and dashboard interpretation.
