  • •Manage Business Banking portfolio governance by defining priorities, delivery standards, decision forums, and reporting routines aligned to business objectives.
  • •Maintain portfolio visibility across initiatives, dependencies, risks, and benefits to enable transparent prioritisation and timely management action.
  • •Lead planning, coordination, and delivery oversight of Business Banking enablement projects, including milestone tracking and dependency management.
  • •Embed controls and manage risk, control, and issue tracking to ensure accurate, decision-useful senior management information.
  • •Develop and govern portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive updates, and recommend portfolio trade-offs, sequencing, and corrective actions based on expected vs realised benefits.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience in banking, business enablement, portfolio management, project management, or transformation delivery in banking/financial services.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience with Business Banking portfolio governance and strategic prioritisation with benefits realisation.
  • •Experience with Project Management Office (PMO) governance, including delivery planning, milestone tracking, and governance forum management.
