Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI Neobank app, using AI to automate real workflows and reduce manual work for users and internal teams. You’ll create AI-powered assistants, agents, and automation across areas like support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, and payments. Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate LLMs with data, APIs, and knowledge bases, while designing evaluation, monitoring, and reliable fallback flows.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Work with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Build integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgement on when AI helps vs when rule-based systems or human review are better.
•Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
