As a Specialist/Assistant Store Manager in Chieti, you will lead a team, manage 360-degree floor operations across makeup, skincare, fragrances and Sephora Collection, support Store Manager, monitor KPIs and budgets, coordinate events and CRM activities, supervise stock levels, enforce SOPs, and mentor new joiners, contributing to commercial strategy and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, multinational retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the floor operations end-to-end and lead the Beauty Advisor team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results.
•Support the Store Manager in daily activities and actively contribute to commercial and HR strategy for the store.
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs, drive performance, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (in-store events, launches, CRM campaigns) and ensure smooth execution.
•Maintain stock levels according to replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies, and enforce company procedures and policies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3/4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in multinational retail environments.
•Experience managing a team, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
•Knowledge of key store KPIs, budgeting, daily reporting and analytics.
•Experience in stock management, merchandising and replenishment cycles.
•Ability to coordinate commercial and organizational activities (events, launches, CRM campaigns) and support strategic store-level HR and commercial initiatives.
