Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership for the MSS Innovation Team, driving continuous improvement across MSS Delivery teams.
  • •Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities for process, tooling, and service enhancements.
  • •Oversee cybersecurity research initiatives (white papers, blog articles, and conference talks) and disseminate findings internally and externally.
  • •Provide technical guidance on the MSS technology stack (XDR, SIEM, NOC operations) and enforce best practices across teams.
  • •Mentor and develop the Innovation Specialist and COOP; report progress, metrics, and innovation impact to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (certificates/licenses are a plus).
  • •5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or DevSecOps, ideally working with multiple teams.
  • •Expert proficiency with SOAR platforms and advanced scripting in Bash and Python.
  • •Hands-on containerization expertise, including Docker and Kubernetes, and experience in multi-tenant large-scale cybersecurity environments.
  • •Strong experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation, plus familiarity with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
