Job Summary

Manage and support GSYS systems and software for the PCPAD process, including system readiness, mission configuration, and real-time assistance during GEOINT anomalies. Perform system administration and comprehensive analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation for GEOINT software/systems and associated ground components and end-to-end network paths. Own incident ticketing, support upgrades/TCTO/TCNO efforts, and assist with data encryption changes and post-upgrade sustainment improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and support GSYS systems and software processes for the PCPAD environment.
•Maintain GSYS systems and software to interface with multiple sensors, sites, and systems.
•Provide GEOINT technical and engineering software support and system administration for software components.
•Create, update, and respond to GSYS incident tickets; perform diagnostics and fault isolation for GEOINT SW/systems (and associated HW maintenance) tied to ground components.
•Support mission preparation/execution and post-mission evaluation, including real-time anomaly assistance, sustainment support during upgrades, and data encryption changes.

Key Requirements

•Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date.
•Maintain DoD 8570.1 certification (IAT Level II or IAM Level I).
•Experience with military GEOINT domains across various platforms, including ground station processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED).
•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Supports rotating shifts.
