Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents from written drafts.
  • •Draft standard and routine correspondence and documents.
  • •Prepare and upload patent documents for filing through the USPTO website and update the patent docketing system.
  • •Review and prioritize incoming patent mail and determine required action; maintain/update document management systems and physical files.
  • •Manage attorney calendars, meeting preparation and scheduling (including conference calls), coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with billing support and expense reimbursements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,717.5 - 98,767.5 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm setting.
  • •At least 2 years of experience supporting patent and trademark attorneys (preferred).
  • •Ability to work core business hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional overtime.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •High school diploma required.
