Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, deliver, and facilitate Credit College cohort programs, including three-day in-person learning experiences.
  • •Partner with business leaders on nomination and selection for the program.
  • •Collaborate with learning consultants and delivery partners to ensure program excellence.
  • •Anticipate program risks and solve them to protect learner outcomes.
  • •Develop program guidelines, measure impact via assessments and data analysis, and recommend enhancements based on feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,900 - 124,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 2 years of experience managing learning programs or events for various audiences.
  • •At least 2 years of experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person environments.
  • •3+ years of experience in training programs or learning and development.
  • •3+ years of experience in project management, event management, and/or program delivery.
