Research Engineer / Scientist (Robot Learning)

Develop and advance state-of-the-art methods for robot policies, focusing on end-to-end training and sim-to-real transfer. You will design robot learning systems (imitation and reinforcement for manipulation), build scalable training and evaluation pipelines, and optimize performance across speed, precision, and inference latency. Work with simulation and infrastructure teams to reduce the sim-to-real gap, diagnose failure modes, and propose new research ideas while collaborating with ML and robotics system teams.
