•Partner with company leaders to develop strategies across Growth, Monetization, Language Learning, and New Subjects.
•Generate insights that directly influence product experiments and drive impact.
•Run company-wide strategy and planning, aligning direction and resource allocation, including board planning.
•Support growth through M&A, aligned with strategy and key priorities, collaborating with product and executive teams.
•Own Corporate Development end-to-end: source, evaluate, negotiate, close acquisitions, coordinate diligence, and drive integration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 330,000 - 550,000 annually

•20+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, consulting, M&A, investment banking, or product management, with significant experience in technology companies.
•A demonstrated understanding of Duolingo’s business and future growth opportunities.
