Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish yourself as a trusted member of the Payments Leadership team to improve decisions across Payments and the broader Data discipline.
  • •Co-drive Payments strategy and product decisions with Product and Engineering, bringing data into discovery early.
  • •Identify untapped opportunities for commercial optimisation across pricing, commercialisation, investment, and customer growth.
  • •Set the Payments data strategy, including operating model, team priorities, architecture, technical debt, and key metrics.
  • •Develop and scale a high-performing team of data professionals with shared accountability for product and business outcomes.
