Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, lead, and coordinate delivery teams (scrum teams, hybrid squads, or structured project teams) to deliver dnata technology initiatives.
  • •Facilitate delivery ceremonies (sprint/PI planning, reviews, retrospectives) and run project governance forums (steering committees, milestone reviews, stage gates) with the right cadence.
  • •Own integrated delivery planning by decomposing strategic roadmaps into executable programme and project backlogs/plans with stakeholders.
  • •Manage the full project lifecycle where applicable—scope, schedule, budget, risk, and dependency management—while maintaining Definition of Done and sustainable team pace.
  • •Maintain delivery processes and tooling consistency (e.g., JIRA, ScrumDesk, MS Project), improving delivery metrics and partnering with Product and IT Service Management to manage expectations and service performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • •Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams for a large organisation.
  • •10+ years’ experience in agile delivery and project management within large technology change programmes.
  • •Certified SAFe and PMI ACP (additional certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, CSM desirable).
  • •Well-versed in delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Planview, MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence; plus strong architectural knowledge and stakeholder communication.
