Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and execution of capital and O&M projects, including scope development, schedule management, cost control, and risk management through startup and closeout.
  • •Oversee feasibility reviews, evaluate alternatives, and develop execution strategies coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • •Develop budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, variance reporting, and support business cases and budget authorization requests.
  • •Support contract strategy, contractor selection, bid evaluations, and management of external engineering and construction resources.
  • •Coordinate commissioning and startup activities and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of experience in power generation, chemical, or industrial facilities, including managing or supporting engineering, capital, maintenance, or construction projects.
  • •Experience coordinating projects involving equipment such as boilers, turbines, heat exchangers, condensers, pumps, generators, transformers, motors, and control systems.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •BS Engineering or a technical degree (preferred).
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
