Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify critical device points to focus testing and manage the tradeoff between test coverage and production cost.
  • •Spend time in the lab to test, troubleshoot, and fix issues in semiconductor device programs or devices.
  • •Design test hardware and build test programs on an ATE simulator using software tools like Cadence.
  • •Develop and implement innovative analog test standards, processes, and methodologies to improve quality and reliability.
  • •Analyze test data, develop ATE corrective actions for customer returns, and coordinate with teams such as SBE, Quality, FAB, and Assembly sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in a product/test engineering role.
  • •Experience with ATE programming (ETS364 preferred).
  • •Experience in semiconductor device testing and troubleshooting, including analyzing test data and presenting findings.
  • •Proficiency with engineering statistics and statistical distribution analysis; ability to optimize production test programs for test coverage and quality improvements.
