Job Summary

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to support general building operations, monitoring building systems for safe and efficient performance. Work with limited supervision to comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives, respond to emergency situations, and complete assigned work orders. Review time/material needs, order supplies, and maintain assigned vehicle while providing a service-oriented, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to support general building operations and monitor building systems.
•Comply with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company work-safety requirements.
•Complete assigned repairs, including emergency and preventive maintenance as required.
•Review work orders to estimate time and materials, and order necessary supplies and materials.
•Respond quickly to emergency situations, escalate as needed, and maintain the assigned company vehicle.
