Key Responsibilities

  • •Start in Commercial to learn how commercial functions operate in a specialty business, including Segment Development, Product Management, Business Development and Marcomm.
  • •Rotate across Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to build comprehensive knowledge for future Commercial roles.
  • •Work on live, crucial projects that impact day-to-day business operations.
  • •Develop technical, functional, and leadership skills in Technical Services during the program.
  • •Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and leadership coaching; potential permanent managerial placement after program completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Material Science & Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • •Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of professional experience.
  • •First Class or Upper Second Class grades (at least 75%).
  • •Proficiency in both written and spoken local language and English is required.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
