Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrations layer end-to-end: define what Maven integrates with, how deep the integrations go, and how the platform scales.
  • •Set roadmap and prioritization for the integration portfolio, including supported systems, depth, and ordering.
  • •Develop and evolve the underlying integration platform, including tooling, frameworks, and patterns to ship faster and enable customer extension.
  • •Own depth-vs-breadth tradeoffs, including defining how connector vs. full read/write integrations are treated.
  • •Engage enterprise customers and translate their stacks into integration requirements; define and govern agent actions/tool use and cross-functional execution with GTM and customer success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer platforms, or iPaaS products.
  • •Built and shipped integration products; understand connectors vs. integration platforms vs. actions frameworks and can explain the differences.
  • •Direct experience with systems Maven agents touch, including CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ticketing (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk), knowledge bases (Confluence, Notion, Guru), commerce (Shopify, Stripe), and identity (Okta, Auth0).
  • •Fluent in technical building blocks: REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, and event streams.
  • •Translate messy customer conversations into PRDs; strong communication across technical and enterprise stakeholder audiences.
