Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on PVC extrusion lines and downstream equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated control systems.
  • •Diagnose equipment failures using schematics, technical manuals, PLC diagnostics, and maintenance tools.
  • •Repair and maintain motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pumps, compressors, blowers, chillers, vacuum systems, and process equipment.
  • •Inspect, maintain, and replace tooling, dies, calibrators, cutters, and other extrusion-related components.

Key Requirements
