Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations by processing commission payouts, assisting with receipting and reconciliations, and handling premium transfers. Key Responsibilities

•Process commission pay-outs in the system and send Monthly Statement of Account and Commission Advice to agencies.
•Assist with receipting and reconcile unposted receipts.
•Process premium transfers from cancelled policies to new policies and assist with cheque recording.
•Support Accounts Payable activities including journal posting for insurance-related payments and processing premium refunds.
•Handle end-to-end vendor and staff reimbursement payments, including data input, SAP journal postings, and executing payments to the bank portal.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or have completed a tertiary diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•Strong attention to detail and reliable, conscientious interpersonal skills.
•Strong analytical skills.
•AI skills such as ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot are an advantage.
