Key Responsibilities

  • •Distribute product to relevant departments (e.g., Jewelry, Ready-To-Wear, Men’s, Shoes & Accessories, Handbags) and ensure correct sorting, staging, scanning, and delivery through the pipeline.
  • •Maintain accurate warehouse tickets and route rejections and exception items to the proper teams.
  • •Steam and prep photo-ready product for photographers and support end-of-day scans and weekly queue audits.
  • •Handle authentication workflow: sort by level/category, manage intra-authentication movement, scan and track product, and support processing strategy.
  • •Support receiving operations by unpacking/scanning inbound units, organizing staging areas, and operating a manual pallet jack while following safety guidelines.
